I know that feeling very well...the only thing I can't do is go and buy the drink...I have done that before and spent a long time working and then going home to drink...great for the diet...it is the lightest I have ever been...but terrible for the rest of your body.

Also given the job I do it could cost me my career...

I have kind of given up asking people now...I just face things alone. This website has given me the chance to talk to people though and I am really grateful for that.

This web sight has made me a stronger person I feel as well. Reading other peoples posts gets you thinking about things and I think it can be a good way to put things into perspective. Plus when you type a reply out its not the same as talking to someone. I mean you have to kinder think about what your putting witch for me makes me question where am at.

Makes me realise that I am not the loneliest person alive and that I don't have things that bad even though I do get down from time to time.
