I read all your post. This bit however is an interesting thought indeed.
Perhaps all of us are an answered prayer to each other? Perhaps your right.
You do write incredibly well. You would make a good journalist or a writer. HA HA Got him!

Thank you. It is very kind of you to say such things.
No, I'm not a writer. I teach a pharmacy tech certification class and manage an IT help desk.
Listen to what your heart is telling you, especially when you are sad and lonely. You will be surprised by the songs that your heart can sing. It is also therapeutic. |

You look back at your life. Somewhere along the path you lost something, that smile you used to have. the joy and laughter that filled your soul. ((((((((((((Grundel))))))))))))))))) May you find your smile again

Really beautifully written, grundel.
Lonelydude, I feel I must contradict after all. As comfortable as it would be for me or anyone else to think that they're not to blame for their loneliness, it isn't true. Yes, some people have that natural gift of being social and outgoing and others don't, and it's much harder for them to find friends. I'm certainly one of the latter. You have to put yourself out there if you wanna be noticed. Not that it's easy, it never is for shy and reserved people and I wish I followed my own advice more often. But I try to use every chance at a social gathering that comes my way, although I'm usually concerned and awkward as hell before it, thinking every time 'what the frag were you thinking fool, who dragged you here, you'll just embarrass yourself, etc. etc.'. But I have not yet been sorry for going somewhere. I may not talk a lot or be 'the soul of the event' but it's still fun. Maybe I'm just lucky to get with the right people, I don't know. |
