I'm pretty much in the same boat as you. Started setting goals when i was 17, first date, first kiss, etc. 20 now and pretty much still in the same spot, so i guess no it hasn't been too effective

I'm also twenty and still haven't had a girlfriend. And although its hard not to feel like honeysuckle, i still manage somehow to keep my head up sometimes. Best of luck to all of us out there who have never been in a relationship
