Hi

first thank you to everyone who replied to my last post about loosing a friend.

This morning- while feeling down on myself-- out of the blue this guy that I have worked with for over three years called me. We have been friendly at work, and talked sports at times but no friendship. So he called and invited me to go kayaking with him this weekend. Weird timing.

My goal is to have zero expectations. A fun day out on the water and thats it. I don't expect him to be a friend necessarily.... But rather take it for what it is.

Well whatever the reason he invited you I am sure that he nor anyone would invite someone whose company they did not enjoy out kayaking.
So surely he enjoys your company and probably even considers you a friend :D

Good for you ^^

Hey thats good news, hope you have a great time, its hard to go wrong with kayaking in my opinion. :D

Yeah, just have fun, no expectations. Take it easy. Hope you have a good time and take care.
