No I feel ya, same here. I live in a really boring place so it's something to do rather than nothing. I'm not into TV so this is my version of that addiction.

Depending on your age and location I'd say the overwhelming majority is like that. Especially with cell phones being as capable as they are today. I can live without a TV, a radio/ipod/stereo, reading materials of books/papers/periodicals. The one thing I cannot live without is a computer.

There was a blizzard last year and I went 12 days without most technology, and I literally went through internet withdrawal.

Which is weird because I have been on vacations and haven't had much problems not using the internet. Must be a psychological thing with vacations for me.

I have nothing else to do but to be on the internet. If that is an addiction, then I have one.
