Well i'm really curious about this board's history and its roots sortaspeak so I would like to hear atleast some of the story behind it all :) Can only imagine the founder being someone lonely at the time and if so, how about more recent times?
 
The founder is Bjarne. His bio says that this website was a spin off from a topic related to loneliness on another forum of his.

He doesn't post much anymore, but back in the day he did, and judging from those posts, it seems he was also lonely, as you said. I have no idea how he is doing now.

The 'mother-thread' on the/his other website still runs it seems, and its first post is dated back in 2004 *insert awed smilie here* just incredible!
