If you've seen the series, there's a part where Shinji can't determine who his enemies are and.. thought i wanted to draw something around that...

Suppose this is how this could relate to some lonely people.. of.. having this small bubble we consider a safety zone.. and the outside world seems so fearful and dark to go out upon.. and it feels like.. every opportunity we.. get.. or if any we choose to reject in fear of getting emotionally destroyed..
I dunno.. I've just thought about this as how I'd describe this picture
