Trying to cheer myself up with food. I love food, especially meat and fish. My favorite food is rice with red lentil and fried Hilsa fish, as the picture shows here:

So, yes, tell and show me your favorite food.

I eat primarily vegetarian. 8/10 meals I eat are completely "vej"...

Sushi, Tofu, Burrito Bowls, Omelettes, Eggplant Parmesan, Vegetable Burgers, Salads, Apples, Pomegranate, Bourbon, Ginger Ale, Water, and various Juices.

I REALLY love sushi. Every trip to the sushi bar, hibachi, or Japanese steak house is an immensely enjoyable treat. I like sushi because it's not only tasty, but it's ******* art. Some of the rolls they make have such a pleasing aesthetic.

I'm not even a "food person", though. I've dealt with anorexia in the past. I'm rarely super eager to eat a meal. I do eat 3 meals a day, but I have to force myself to or else I'd forget. I'll be wondering why I'm all fatigued and agitated and it will hit me "OH I MUST B HUNGRY." lol.

I would say french fries, fried egg, nudels, and fried chicken.
I like fried food but I don't gain a pound, which is a bad thing lol.

Different salads, fruits, berries. Yum yum! Also I love pizza... But I am sensitive for gluten, even that you can do pizza by yourself without gluten or wheat. Also anything with sweet potatoes, especially sweet potato french fries. *__*

My own: Tuna Pasta Bake, Red Wine and Thyme Ragu, Thai Green Curry and Beef and Ale Stew.

I adapted and refined all of them to my own tastes, which is what you should always do (consider your guests aswell though - my curries would blow the roof off most peoples mouths).

I loathe a recipe that says "2 cloves of garlic" - Get the whole bulb in there!

The only trouble is a portion of anything i make from scratch usually contains your total recommended daily calories and more than your total fat.

Practically grew up on sushi... What's funny about it is, when I came to US, I was only 14 & I've been earing sushi for years already... When I talked about it in school with other kids, majority of them thought it was disgusting... Now almost 30 years later, same kids that made fun of it can't get enough of it... How time & people's taste change... Oh, yeah... And I love meatloaf, too...

Where do you live? Samosa is mostly popular in South Asia and actually originated in the Middle East. So, I'm curious how you know about it.

I thought I had shared this before. Anyway Kleftiko is my favourite served with roasted potatoes and roasted beef tomatoes and pilaf rice.

I love food, and I love cooking. It is easier to tell what I don't like or eat. Being a person who is watching what to eat taught me to appreciate every bite. :)

I never heard of Kleftiko. So, I had to look it up. Apparently it's the easiest and arguably the best way to cook lamb. It seems kind of like a lamb version of a pot roast. I bet it is good.

I went to Cyprus years ago and my Father bought a cook book which I inherited.  It just melts in mouth.  I always do this in the oven, but a lamb leg comes out amazing in the slow cooker.

That's awesome to have and use your father's cookbook. It's a wonderful way to remember him. I have a crescent wrench that my grandmother bought for me when I was a child. I still use and treasure it today. It's one of my favorite wrenches. But, I still remember that I was mad that she wouldn't buy me the BB gun I wanted though. Ha! ha!
