I do. It is a healing tool that slowly fills-up with pearls of truth & wisdom.
I often surf YouTube looking for self-help advice, spiritual lectures & ideas that boost my own sanity.
Much can be learned from others trials.
Diagnosed "Bi-Polar" in my 40's was shocking but helped me get meds & information to fix it.
I write down all the good sayings that re-wire a damaged mind.
You have to love yourself & lavish upon your inner-child.
Troubles pass.
Heart's mend.
Help some one less fortunate.
Never give up.

Have you ever listened to Matt Kahn? He has some nice videos on youtube, that helped get me through some tough times. Very chill stuff.

I do have a journal. I have struggled lately with adding to it, because the more personal the feeling, the more I tend to coil away from it. Especially this time of year.

It has been a few years, maybe 8 or so, since I kept a diary of my thoughts and musings.

I stopped because I ceased having positive experiences to record. Subsequently burning a couple of decades worth.
