I was born in a world that promised potential. This was a sad and pitiful world, one where opportunities are promised but limited, one where every step that a man takes is a risk to lose everything. This is the world that I was born in, and there really wasn't anything that I could do about it.
So in a world of promise and rejection, what can one do? I became a writer. From the first moments I bore the pencil as my weapon, I became a scientist, experimenting with words and sentence structures to make my own style and tone. I became a chronicler, documenting events both real and fake with passion. I became a lover, the bride of writing itself.
