Last night, at around 11pm, my ex called me.  She was upset because one of her cats was very sick - it had been throwing up since around 4, and was very lethargic.  She didn't know what to do. I went around and had a look at the cat.  The poor thing couldn't stand up, and had vomit on it's fur...
