Answer to the riddle below:
When oriented on the shelf as listed, Vol 1 P 1 is next to Vol 2 End, so only 2 covers are traversed, 1/3 inch total.




I had the abridged edition of my life history in here.
There was an extra period at the end and when I hit the delete key, it was so boring I fell asleep.

It was all deleted.

There are two volumes of my formerly long life story on a bookshelf, in order, volume 1 and volume 2.
They are written in English.
A bookworm with no regard for fine literature starts eating on volume 1 page 1 and munches away all the good parts of my life until he reaches the last page of volume 2.
If the pages in each volume total one inch thick and the hard covers are each 1/8 inch thick, how far does the bookworm travel?

BONUS QUESTION: Are all my exciting stories converted into bookworm honeysuckle??? And if so, are they more interesting?
