Marijuana should be legalized, taxed and regulated. The illegal "drug" stigma attached to marijuana is what attracts a vast majority of it's users to begin with. It's ridiculous to lump it into the same category as heroin and crystal meth. Place similar, but perhaps stricter, restrictions on it...
