I'm alone but I'm not lonely. Those are 2 different things. I suggest following the advice from okiedoke and look for avenues to meet new friends. You do that and it'll help the loneliness.

I'm kinda the same way. I do try to make positive steps toward my goals year round. My goals for 2024 are: Take up another hobby. Be kinder to everyone. Live in the moment. Grocery shop smarter. Buy a scale. Make better eating choices. Move around more.
