My Dog Patches

Been diagnosed Bipolar.Am totally disabled due to Panic attacks when put into stressful situations =Unemployable.My Parents were my sole support (except for monthly disability payments) ...Until..My dad passed in 2015.My mom was then my sole support supplying my necessities and otherwise.I began taking care of her in 2016 after she fell and dislocated her knee.She acquired a UTI and bedsores and i sent her to the hospital and expected her to return when healed.The hospital sent her to a Nursing Home to recover.The State called me and accused me falsley of 'neglect',blaming me for the very problems i sent her to the hospital for. Adult Protective Services refused to let my Mother come home ii explained that She was my Guardian and my only support and they replied ,quote "We're concerned only with your Mother's well being ,not with you, Sir" and they refused to let my mom come home.I was never charged with neglect as no proof exists to confirm their accusation. The State only keeps her confined to the Nursing Home take her money.In the meantime,since they've taken my only source of support,my sole means of acquiring necessities in life,the State has left me abandoned and alone,by myself , in my apartment with my My dog..I'm alone with no friends,no money for necessities.barely able to afford groceries and rent.After my rents paid i have money enough for two weeks of food and my food stamp card only gets me by for two weeks..I have to use money from my bank account,which is necessity money..i have enough money after that to have coffee at Denny's once a night.If i buy necessities during the month, i have to stay home all month.i don't have money for clothes and the other necessities of life.I was told by some people that i have a good case to sue to sue state for leaving me abandoned.I told State case workers what they did to me and again, they said they're not interested in me ,just my Mom. I have no friends,no family.my dog and i are alone with each other in an apartment..and the Manager has just recently told me that i can't walk my dog after 10pm on the property because i am accused of being a pervert by tenants that don't like the fact i walk my dog so late at night.She also made a nasty absurd comments about my being awake all night and sleeping days,as if that in itself is crazy and uncommon as though it means i'm a pervert..I've been a night person for over 30 years and thought that kind of accusational thinking ended years ago.. But I guess not!!
