How do I help people with depression?
That's admirable. Many people don't care about how other people, especially depressed people, deal with their lives. Some people I do believe are called to help those people. You sound like one of them. Have you considered getting a counseling degree?- SUZQ154

Sounds like you are trying to do many things to take care of yourself! Keep posting!! Also, it sounds like you will have some time to reflect on your life more. Have you considered joining a support group or a Bible study in your area? They have helped me in the past! Praying for you today!- SUZQ154
