I've kind of always been a black sheep in my family. I realize now that I'm older it was for a reason. I was telling my uncle - one of the only family members of mine that I do talk to - that I love all the family, but I don't care for them. I don't want to listen to them, especially when they've not lived a life that I would ever aspire to live. They're the type of people to always have something to say about someone's situation, but never the one to actually offer a solution. Which wouldn't be too bad if they didn't try their best to tell everyone else how to live. When you have someone talking in your ear that you should do x-y-z when you know that you'd be left high and dry if you actually went to depend on them, you tend to not listen to them, and talking to them in general follows that after a while.
