that's my nights if I am lucky which usually, I am not I crash in the day and stay awake at night can't sleep so I wish you all the best. Hopefully you will be able to rest well soon it's not fun and your body starts to develop problems if you go without sleep in this manner.

Yes, if I had a day off today I'd try to go back to bed around 6 AM or so and sleep to 9.
That works for when this happens on the weekends.
