    Life Stages - You better do what you can now while you still can.

    My motto for an aging body "use it or lose it". There is an 88 year old in my chair yoga class. This week we signed up for a meditation class at the newly revamped senior center.

    One positive thing you accomplished today...

    She's dying from cancer. It's a liquid med I put in a syringe. This morning I gave her the topical appetite stimulator in the ear. She ate a bit of warmed up Fancy Feast.
