I am a lonely 18yo. I have no friends and have social anxiety. l was depressed the last few years. I have no interests... I want to do something with my life but social anxiety is in my way. It is hard even posting here :rolleyes2: But why not.
Anyone else in a similar place?...
English is not my first language by the way.

We have a number of people here that do not have English as their first language.
 
hey and welcome. your not alone, social anxiety has also gotten in the way with a lot in my life too.
 
Please don't make the same mistake I did when I was your age by letting time pass you by.

Take action and do something about your current situation.

Good things come to those who chase...don't sit around waiting like I did.

I have "taken action" met new people, but I have trouble talking with them.
