I am struggling to manage right now, in work at present my wife just sent me a horrible text message (that's my current situatiion we are having terrible marriage problems)

She texts her friends making it look like it's all my fault, remember it takes 2 to tango

Just want to got outside and shout out ARRRGGGHHHHHHHHH
 
I'm sorry to hear about things. I wish that she respected the sanctity of your work time, at the very least.
 
Go outside and scream then, let it all out. I agree though, she should be respectful when you are at work. If you don't need your phone for work may I suggest you turn it off. I had a friend I was helping through a rough patch and she expected me to bring my cell to work so I could text her. I told her no, plain and simple. Can't work and deal with drama at the same time.
