Hello from Canada!

Hey so I'll just keep it short. I'm a 20 year old guy from Ottawa, Canada. In college right now and pretty **** lonely lol. I have social agoraphobia, which is basically like social anxiety as far as I can tell, and I've been getting CBT therapy for it for over a year now. Basically I joined here to meet some other people who feel really lonely because of some crippling (or not crippling, I'm not all that bad myself ) social phobia/disorder/thing and just connect maybe or share things. So yeah, hey there!
