This is probaly my oddest post ever but **** my back really hurts been hurting for like 2 weeks now. I am pretty sure it is nothing more then just aches probaly from sitting too much and poor posture.

Anyone got any like weird tips or advice on dealing with back pain though I have been trying icy hot and a heat pad also been taking some ibuprofen but it's not helping so don't think it's just muscle pain.

if its from what u say its from. & not from an injury. then avoid those positions. teach urself 2 improve ur posture. & take other positions when u cant maintain. dump the ibuprofen if u havent already
lifting helps a lot 2. never have back pain anymore since i started lifting last year. builds up strength

Problem is I pretty much have the same 2 positions in my life either sitting down in class or at a computer or standing straight up at work. Not much way around them. I never thought of lifting but I really hate working out I never can seem to find the time to do it anymore or the drive to.

I am still taking ibuprofen but thinking about mixing it now maybe if I can get the right cocktail my **** back won't hurt so bad probaly just going to get one of the doctors at my work to prescribe me some ultram.

then i would just fight 2 fix that posture. adding more drugs 2 the menu isnt going 2 make the problem go away. maybe just mask it. but gl either way

Exercise will improve your posture. While you are walking or running keep your back as straight as possible. Eventually the muscles in your back will become stronger and you will no longer need to make an effort to keep your posture.

Also, hot showers and Tiger Balm work great. Tiger Balm
