Gym Compliments

Today I was doing my WOD at the Cross Fit Gym and the coach told me my Push Jerks were perfect, even towards the end... -_-; when I was dead tired.

Anyway I do get these kinds of compliments that really stand out to me from time to time. So I will track them here. Feel free to post your own as well.

It's always great to be complimented, unfortunately I rarely get them.

But good on you for even going to the gym in the 1st place. I would feel too uneasy about that. Not that I ever even work out lol
