If you've never really bothered looking into The Rolling Stones back catalogue, you're missing out. So here's a thread to iducate us :) Sit back and enjoy.

Post up your youtube links and whatever else

Here's one

Is anyone from Virginia? I bet it was nice to have this song about your place.

Here's a concert they did in Germany in 1964.

What amazes me is how they still manage to keep in time with all that going on.

Oh wow i forgot about this thread. I think we went a bit crazy here didn't we Blue Sky? lol

I love that Wild Horses link. I'm not surprised the guys are mellowing-out to that one - it's a great track.

good to know some people here have decent taste in music. i have nothing to contribute at the moment. perhaps some other time.

Angie,
Sympathy for the Devil,
Can't Always Get What You Want

Some of my Stones fav's... but I must say nothing compares to Pink Floyd :)

i was a huge pothead for years and i can still say in all honestly, as much as i like pink floyd, stones own floyd.

lol... floyd's got it all ... the lyrics, the AMAZING guitar solos... as for the grass-effect, nothing compares with Dark Side of Oz . Comfortably Numb beyond one of the best songs in the world! :)
