'stealing' the vehicle is the only
chance that he or she can drive Him or
Her to the hospital otherwise He or She
will die would this 'stealing' actually
be stealing or would it just be
borrowing or another wording?

borrow's or any other word's?

actually be borrowing or anyother
wording?) a vehicle to take Someone to
the hospital
because 'stealing' the vehicle is the
only to get Him or Her to the hospital
otherwise He or She will die
moral, okay etc. as far as The Holy
Bible, reality and even both

definition of stealing is without
atleast one true genuine probable cause
to take something or somethings or both
that is not owned by the person or
persons or both?

By definition it's stealing, but context makes it right or wrong I think. Really not a question of whether it's stealing or not, it is, but if you steal a car to save a life who would ever say that's wrong? The authorities would, and you would get arrested for it probably, how sad is that?

As Liliana said, it is still stealing, stealing is just something objective, however, the negative that is asociated with stealing, is something we the people give to it. Alot of people would agree on that stealing a car to save a life is a good thing, however, it is still stealing.

The authorities have no soul, and therefore cannot comprehend this subjective meaning, and will charge you for stealing the car.

Wether stealing that car is right or wrong, is all subjective in the end.
