Hello, everyone. I was searching for forums for anxiety and/or shyness when I found this place, but "A Lonely Life" sounds about right!

I need a laidback place to talk about these things, because while I do talk to a handful of friends I feel like they're not necessarily on the same page as I am. I do wish I could become more comfortable around people offline, but supplementing it with online communities has worked out very well in the past, so why not?

I mostly like reading and writing, swimming, cooking, videogames, and Internet. Not a very exciting list, but I get by.

Also a newbie here and still trying to find my way around. I can relate completely to what you said in your post. And your list of things you love to do is exciting to me :)
I love food

And to answer your question... It doesn't make you lost, just brave enough to conquer the unknown. Keep going

Hi there Masque, welcome to the site.

I like pretty much all your list as well, so I guess I'm just as exciting!

Que corny line:

You can't go to where you're to be found, if you haven't been lost!

Welcome.
