Underpopulation would be a major problem in practically every society. In order to ensure the future of humanity and maintain functioning economies, the governments of the world would be forced to establish yearly quotas for births. Since very few volunteers are willing to do the deed on their own, agencies are set up where employees rub their genitals together and pop out babies nine months later. It's rather exhausting work, but pays well and is widely regarded with respect. Kind of like postal workers.

The consequence is that most people would have many, many siblings as a result of sharing the same biological parents. Since it's impossible for these biological parents to take care of all of their children, other people are hired to adopt them. This is a risky time in a child's life as it is never a guarantee that their adoptive parents are raising them for more than a paycheck. As a result many people grow up to become deviants, and the crime rate is astronomical.

The vast majority of pop music and Hollywood movies would romanticize and create unrealistic expectations of platonic friendship. Colleges would be sterile institutions of education and socializing (think of your typical Christian university, minus the religion). Politicians would openly brag about having lots of sexual partners in their lifetime, as it is seen as proof of their commitment to advancing society.

Marriage may still exist, but in a different form. Couples would choose to live together because they enjoy each other's company, and believe they will be able to provide for each other better than they each can individually. Nobody bats an eye if two people of the same gender choose to be together. And if somebody doesn't want to get married and have kids, there is no pressure or biological compulsion to do so.

There is no pornography.

It is also perfectly fine to walk around in public without clothing, as there are no negative sexual connotations to doing so. Most people would still choose to wear something though, as walking around completely naked can be... impractical in some situations.

Conclusion: I've spent way too much time thinking about this.

Did you think of whether rape would exist or not? Though rape is an act of violence, animals that don't have sex for pleasure don't seem to get raped.
