I got slightly addicted to Vsauce after 9006 posted the "why are things creepy" video... so I've watched it already 
It's quite interesting. During the last Superman movie, I was thinking he should eat much more in order to have the energy to do what he does... But I wouldn't have guessed it would take such a high number of calories.

Exactly, now he's breaking another law of physics; using more energy than what's available or input.
