Take the item added by the previous person and do something to it or with it that involves a new item. It doesn't have to be bound by reality. Here's an example:

I water my garden with a hose
I cut your hose with a knife
I run over your knife with my car
I eat your car with salad dressing
I look at your salad dressing through a telescope
I ride your telescope across the ocean

So, to start off: I water my garden with a hose

I use your hose to lasso my cattle.

I paint your cattle with my brush

I throw your brush with my oven glove.

I burn your oven glove with my flame thrower

I use your flame thrower to cook tacos.

I use your Tacos to wear with my burrito handbag.

I cut leg holes in your burrito bag with my pocket knife (and wear them as underwear.)

I annihalate your pocket knife with my WMD's.

I melt your wmd with my laser beam

I eat your laser beam with my pinky.

I take your pinky and wash it with my antibacterial soap

I drink your antibacterial soap with a super slurpy straw.

I twist your super slurpy straw into a knot with my bare hands

I work over your bare hands with an emery board.

I shoot your emery board into the forest with my slingshot

I steal your slingshot with incendiary rounds.

I serve your incendiary rounds with a nice risotto

I eat your nice risotto with my silver spoon.

I cash in your silver spoon for the Money
