Yesterday I found online one of my favorite books, entitled "Safe people", it talks about boundaries and how to recognize which people are safe to befriend and which not, and how to be 'safe' oneself.
it took me a while to read it because the authors are christians and usually I run away if I see a book quoting bible passages (my problem, no offense to all the Christians reading), but I am glad I managed to go through it because it is a very great book, and if one substitutes the term God with 'higher power' this book can be useful to everyone (and think 'la,la,la,la' on the bible quotes).
