A View to Kill; why all the hate?

Just out of curiosity, I went to Rotten Tomatoes and see all the scores from each 007 film and, to my surprise;
I saw that this film was one of the worst in the series, but why? Even Roger Moore said that he did not like the film.

I don’t know about y’all, but I think the movie is good, if compared to other films done by Moore, “The Spy Who Loved Me” doesn’t count,
that’s probably the best Bond film he did. Although, I have to admit, Moore was way too old to have the role of James Bond.

If someone understands this, could you explain what's all the hate about?

I dunno. Been a while since I saw it, but I think it was ok. Catchy theme too.
