It's called being human. I don't believe we are made for solitude, so it feels awful.
And feeling that way is absolutely nothing to be embarrassed about.

You can tell us what's bothering you, there's no need to feel embarrassed here. There might be others who can also relate to your issues. And it might also help you if you can talk about it with us here. You can try again when you feel more comfortable to do it. Hope you're okay and good luck with it.
