for any reason, it is good for us to move our body.
when i visited department of psychiatry, when i used to get psychology
counsel, always they talk about benefit of workout for mental condition.
fortunately those exercise was commensurate with me.
accordingly i didnt have suffered boring or difficulties of workout much.
but, in many case, even common people
couldnt keep to do enough time and period for effectiveness.
1. do not expect dramatic effect
mentally or physically, much expectation will give us disappointment.
exercise give us some change (mentally or physically) exactly.
but we are not sure how much it is.
if fortunatly u have good exercise ability by nature, u will get some soon
but if not, u need to have patience.
from my experience, from some studies
the progress is not continuous.
it is more similar with stair.
as like under pic.
pretty many people cant endure more "no progress period"
than actual pain.
physically, such progress can come more fast, but mentally not.
it is likes to watch falling raindrops in bowl.
if u focus on each drops, im sure it is big stress to u.
change will come before we are aware.
2. ask trainer for correct exercise way and level
if u visit at gym first, im sure u are in a state of confusion.
what can i do.. how can i do...
most people goes treadmill and just walk some mins
then go home.
and wonder why i cant see any change.
do u want lose weight?
ask trainer.
do u want make muscle?
ask trainer.
if u have margin, i suggest "personal training with trainer"
i dont know how different trainer system in other countries.
expensive or not...
but "correct position and motion" are all of exercise.
3. do not make "dislike list" of exercise.
it can be most important exercise that u dont like.
this post end in anticlimax..
i like to give more good informations to do workout, but
my english ability catch up with me.
maybe there are so many way to make our life, mental more good.
workout is one of them exactly.
i cant make ur feet move to the gym.
but, if u get little will to move ur feet, im sure it will give some presents for u.
