Love yourself, respect yourself and live with youself first and see whats come.


Create positive (thoughts) habbits in your mind.
i know you've been watching people
like those ways so that's why your mind
create same thoughts as those people have.

It's really hard to stand up again after break up(lost love,lost family,lost job,and death)
theirs brain control them using those old
negative thoughts beacuse they never create positive
thoughts habbit in brain and brain use that old memories and
apply into all body.

habbits are like using internet and eating snacks. but you can add more and edit if you want.


But it's not the time for give up to all life. wake up and create positive thoughts habbit and store in the brain and let the brain apply.
