I've gone to the gym for several years but never really focused on my entire body, so much as just muscle mass, higher reps, etc.
But many months ago, almost 4-5 I reckon, I lost about 30 pounds.
30 pounds.

So this year I've decided to go on a quest...

I'm already a skinny guy, but I've always wanted more. I want that famed beach body. So I'm questing for abs! I'm gonna lose even more fat.

This isn't really a success story yet, but it will be eventually, and so I figured I may as well post it here. Perhaps others will be inspired by the progress I make? Hopefully the staff consider this a suitable place for this thread.
Anyways, to do this i'll be carefully monitoring what I eat every day (I won't be posting here daily, just occasional updates and pictures to mark my progress) so as to lose fat. I'll also be weight lifting 3-4 days a week, and eventually start running 2-3 times a week. Abs, here I come~
