Hi boys and girls....

Good day everyone.
Mercy, this isn't easy.
I found this place by accident yesterday while looking for suggestions for cooking for one. I thought how fortunate to have stumbled across this place.
I am a 61 y/o transplanted Texan (male) now living in the Memphis, TN area.
Oh how I can relate to everyone's posts here. Not going to get into the details of my misery here in the intro page......there are plenty of other areas for that.
I hope to learn from you guys and gals, maybe get a bit of inspiration and hope to offer some as well.
