Just Cause 2 is by far in a way one of the most fun most enjoyable open world environment games I have even played, I would go so far as to say it is better than the Grand Theft Auto games because Just Cause is so barmy and funny at the same time.
This year (hopefully) Just Cause 3 will be out on the PS4, XboxOne and PC, and my word is looks awesome, here is the trailer:

Basically it is James Bond on acid. It is not important to have played JC2 to understand or enjoy JC3 but as it is so cheap now I would recommend getting it anyway.
Are there any other fans of the series? Do you intend to get it?
