I came across this beautiful piece of writing in a diary/quote book that I got for 2016 and had to share it because I think its something thats so meaningful to all of us who have been hurt and met the wrong people in our lives. May 2016 bring us all good things.
Note To Self: You deserve someone who is going to show up. You deserve someone who is going to say what they mean and mean what they say. You deserve someone who deeply, genuinely and fully appreciates you for you. Be the one who is not intimidated by your depth and magnitude, but rather takes deep delight in it. No longer will you make commitments to people who are unavailable. Bless them on their path. Decide to no longer participate in things that stunt your growth. Move forward. Remain open. Love is everywhere.
