All you can do is expand your circle of friends. Many people enjoy bar hopping and clubbing, so it shouldn't be too hard to find someone. Once you've your foot in the door (so to speak) you're likely to meet more people as well.

I get "stabby" when I am around drunk people.

I like being around people, and just being jovial among a group of other happy people. I don't expect the people I'm with to be my best friends.
