Hi,

I was registered here a while ago, and I've returned under a different username.

While I was away I discovered Buddhism.

Buddhist meditation (together with incense) is regulating my breathing so that I no longer feel so anxious.

If you told me last year that I would be doing this now I wouldn't have believed you!

Meditation is great ! And Buddhism has a lot of wisdom to it. Glad you found it !

I don't meditate but I follow Eckhart Tolle, who was very much influenced by Buddhism.
