How dare you sir!!! :O

I am the most special snowflake that ever there was, the fairest of them all! You just haven't truly experienced my breathtaking amazing amazingness yet tho, so I forgive you :p ... this time ;)

Very interresting watch, he makes some very valid points.

I'm from 1983 myself (6 day before '84) so I should realy count myself as a millennial, he speaks of a generation of priviliged young adults that grew up being told they are special and getting everything handed too them without having to put in effort or work. And when they enter the workspace they find out they aren't special at all.

It's not like that for me, I quit school at a young age, nothing ever came easy, no instant gratification and no feeling of intitlement, never ever making demands on my working conditions, except safety wise, didn't have a mobile until I started working in 2008 and still do next to nothing with it, I'm always willing to help and try to be kind, you realy need to push it if your trying to make me angry. Just about the opposite compared to the "millennial", except that I also lack those skills needed to create and maintain truly meaningful, deep relationships it seems.

If more people acted like this and left their cellphone home or atleast keep it in their pocket I'm sure I would do better socialising. Who knows maybe in 5 - 10 years time the social media bubble will collapse and it will become "normal" again not to have a screen in between yourself and the world 24/7, can only hope!

I actually thought he said 94' tbh haha, damnit I'm a millenial :O (born in 86)

I dont remember getting A's in school so my parents were pleased though, Ive been cheated !!

I do actually see the kind of attitude hes talking about in my work place, even today, so I dont think its just the millenials that are like this.

I think most of us on here have trouble with the maintaining of deep meaningful relationships.
The social media bubble isnt gonna burst anytime soon, its become too integrated into our lives now.  I do think its gonna change though for sure, with the resurgence of virtual/augmented reality tech thats coming out for computers and phones, social media will no doubt undergo some changes to accomodate that
