I played around with it a long time ago, my facebook profile pic was a play on Chris Jericho's wallpaper, only I substituted the image of him flexing with his back to the camera and superimposed a pic of me doing the same, with my name instead of his. Photoshop is cool, uncomplicated and with a little dedication, you can create awesome images ;-)
