Hello and nice to meet all of you.

I'm 30, female, I am a joyful and talkative person but I also have chronic pain due to my craniofacial disorder. That makes my life quite complicated as usually people don't understand living with pain all day long is like trying to get comfortable on a cactus sofa.

I moved 4 months ago miles away from home to work in an interesting job, but I feel lonely as here my social life is just talking to my coworkers who are +20 years older than me. We seem to not having much in common and end up saying just hi and talking about the weather or things like this.

Anyway, would love to make friends.
I haven't had a true friend since...God, have I ever had a true friend? I'm not sure.

I like hicking, nature, animals, photography, postcrossing, watching french comedies, Bollywood, anything related to Anthropology, learning about new cultures, places, religions, ways of life and many other things.

If I sound enough cool, just send me a message :)

Beyond the face there is a heart. Spread the message. September is craniofacial acceptance month.

Welcome Lily,

We are a friendly bunch here and most don't bite.

Would you care to elaborate about your job? What specifically was so interesting that it lured you away from home?

I hope you have a great day and look forward to tallking with you.

Hello Lily86 and welcome to ALL!

People with a big age difference often will be in different places in life, it really sucks that there aren't any people closer to your age (and place in life) at your new job... It seems your problem isn't an unability to socialise though, which is a pro!
