I read a few in the past, and I recommend the following listed below. You can ask questions or add your own books.

Water Logic by Edward de Bono
A good book to solve problems. The author has other useful books such as simplicity.

Staying sane by Raj Persuad
It is an interesting read. He discusses what is mentally healthy and what is not, and how to change.
He covers a lot of topics from addictions, mood swings, religion, relationships and healing from trauma.

Any extensive NLP book
The book provides useful techniques to change your perception.
NLP has useful concepts such as 'state of scope', 'Pieces', 'Visualization', in addition to its own therapy.
NLP is easy to learn and apply.

The Anxiety and Phobia Workbook by Edmund Bourne
The book has a very pragmatic approach to managing fear and expelling distorted beliefs.

Peaks and Valleys by Spencer Johnson
Best philosophy book that I read on perception of success and failure.

Choose the Life You Want by Tal Ben-Shahar
This book is a decent life coach book.

Thrive Energy Cookbook by Brendan Brazier
A cookbook for food that reduces stress.

I dont have an anti depression book. That reminds to find one.
