I just tried to email a support worker who helped me a lot with things while I was with the EIP (early intervention in psychosis). I had a feeling that the support worker doesn’t work where the EIP is based in my area anymore but emailed anyway to thank them for all the help they did (a couple of things they didn’t need to help me with also). They were so kind and caring. I received an email straightway saying the email doesn’t work. I was disappointed but I guess I’ll have to get over it. Wish I got I emailed sooner.
