Hi Everyone,
I am a female in my late 40's. I live on the East Coast in FL. I have struggled with depression since my second daughter was born over 20 years ago. It started as PPD but turned into several bouts of severe depression. Since I found the right medication, the right counseling, know my triggers, using coping techniques, and keeping my thoughts under control, I have been doing well for several years now. I joined A Lonely Life to be a support to others, let them know they are not alone, and share my story.
