Are there any First Nations peoples or people appreciative of the culture who are going to one?

Didn't get it

Did you go to one? What do you do at a Powwow? What are some of the proper etiquette a person (non First Nations) must observe when at the event?
I'm not from North America nor am I First Nations so I did a quick google about the event but would like to get your point of view instead if you don't mind sharing.

I can tell you about an Aboriginal Australian "welcome to country" ceremony. Not sure if it's similar.

Powwow is my people’s traditional gathering and serves many purposes, they can be for prayer, fun, or even for grieving. Most First Nations people enjoy having others view their culture, just a long as you remain respectful. There are certain things we hold sacred and don’t want that disrespect towards them
