Hi everyone. Another loner here. I am 41 and have lived alone without any real friends for 18 years. I had some bad experiences when I was younger which caused me to just shut myself away. I have always been introverted and most of the time I feel okay on my own but I know there is a part of me that is desperate to speak to people. Hitting my forties has been a wake-up call for me and I want to try to find a way of improving my life.
