When Your Brother Leaves His Wonderful Wife
#1
He said he doesn't love her anymore,
Who says a thing like that?
After 3 years of wedded bliss,
With no signs of anything amiss.

I hear his words but feel her pain.
My throat constricts, my vision blurs,
This is wrong yells my mind,
And my heart concurs.

It's not a lack of love,
It's not an unclear notion,
It's a selfish whim,
Brain cells gone dim.

A youthful beauty,
Captivating and fun,
Shiny and new--
Setting everything askew.

While the Mrs. cries, the Mr. plans,
The mothers lament, and I cringe.

What of little Ms. Sunshine?
She has nothing to lose.

Wax Lips and wax mustaches sold at the five and dime
Never hurt anyone
But waxed hearts and body parts Little Ms Sunshine?
Waxed brains and private things Midlife Crisis Time?
What have you done?

From one witness to another....yeah, stinks.
